In addition to her role at Hallmark, Nikki is a Cabinet Member of United Way’s donor network, Women United, where she exemplifies the power and influence women can have in shaping stronger communities. With dual degrees in Business and Marketing (B.S.) and Advertising (B.J.) from the University of Nebraska, Nikki seamlessly blends strategic insight with creative vision to play a pivotal role in supporting Hallmark’s continued growth and leadership in the marketplace.

Andrea Hoover currently serves as Senior Marketing Manager at Hallmark, where she creates marketing strategies and initiatives for Hallmark+. With over 15 years of expertise in digital, social, and integrated marketing, Andrea is passionate about driving innovative, people-centered strategies.
In her previous roles at Essense of Australia, Rally House, and Go Local Interactive, Andrea led digital marketing, content creation, and partnership strategies. She is also finishing her MBA and a Technology Innovation Management Certification at UMKC’s Henry W. Bloch School of Management, furthering her commitment to innovation in marketing.
