Senior VP of Advanced Advertising Products and Strategy, Spectrum Reach
Rob Klippel is Senior Vice President of Advanced Advertising Products and Strategy at Spectrum Reach, the advertising and media division of Charter Communications. In this role, Mr. Klippel is responsible for the company’s data platforms and insights strategy and creating the next generation of advanced advertising platforms including digital, set-top video on demand and addressable products.
Mr. Klippel joined Spectrum Reach after 12 years with Comcast Spotlight, most recently as Vice President of Advanced Platforms. At Comcast, he oversaw the enablement of dynamic ad insertion on video on demand and linear addressable platforms. Mr. Klippel held multiple other leadership positions at Comcast including Vice President of New Products and Vice President of Engineering and Operations.
Prior to Comcast, Mr. Klippel served as Vice President of Customer Care Operations at Adelphia Communications and Vice President of Operations at both Relera and Verio. Earlier in his career, he spent 10 years in management consulting roles at Deloitte and Accenture.
Mr. Klippel earned a Bachelor of Science in engineering – industrial engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration in marketing and operations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
Group Director of the Analytics & Insights Data Technology, VML
Jerod Overley serves as the Group Director of the Analytics & Insights Data Technology team where he leads a team of seasoned analysts who help VML clients such as Gatorade, Colgate, PepsiCo, Ford, Hill’s, Kellogg’s, Kimberly-Clark, and Sprint understand and optimize their online presence through the application of advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms to derive actionable insights against their marketing activities, on-site performance and social channels.
As one of the fastest growing groups within VML, this team specializes in Analytics & Data Strategy, KPI & Measurement Framework development, A/B/n and Multivariate Testing, Social Listening & Research and Brand Command Centers (e.g. Gatorade Mission Control, Equinox FortNox, NRL Mission Control).
Jerod joined VML in 2017 after building and leading the Analytics & Insights group at Boehringer Ingelheim. Jerod brings over 20 years of data and analytics experience with the last 6 years dedicated to sales and marketing performance measurement. Prior to VML, Jerod was with Boehringer Ingelheim leading the Reporting & Analytics team through the development of an enterprise data warehouse, multiple CRM integration, and the standardization of reporting platforms.
Jerod graduated from Kansas State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a M.S. in Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics from Rockhurst University.

Executive Professor of Management
Acey Lampe is the Executive Professor of Management and Director of Undergraduate Business Programs at Rockhurst University’s Helzburg School of Management.
Prior to her time as a university professor and head of Undergraduate Business Programs at Rockhurst University, she spent more than 28 years of her career leading marketing programs at Hallmark Cards, Inc. At Hallmark, her marketing leadership spanned Public Affairs & Communications, Marketing Research and Marketing Strategy departments.
Her Ph.D. in Urban Leadership & Policy with an emphasis on Organizational Culture featured a dissertation on the cultural evolution of Hallmark Cards, Inc.
