The heart of your success is your client’s journey. In this presentation Cerner’s Integrated Marketing Team will map the exploration of our client’s journey and how we activate engagement strategies. The journeys we will share today focus on our executive briefing center, an important part of our relationship building strategy with current and future client-partners. Based on client segments and targeted objectives, insights and learnings are being transformed into the design-build of our new client collaboration center scheduled to open 2018. As a result of this session you will understand how we’ve leveraged a framework to test our experiential and operational design models in order to make better decisions for application in the future venue. Together, we will travel from the now to the next via our client’s path to an exceptional Kansas City experience.
